Fix Up Look Sharp AW 2015 - Bristol Fashion Rocks!

There is an exciting buzz in Bristol at the moment with lots of Independent fashion labels emerging, collaborating and putting Bristol on the fashion map. The disappointing thing is that the so-called Bristol Fashion week doesn't seem to include any of these inspiring and exciting labels and promoting only fashion from the high street (0r rather from The Mall where it takes place) styled up in safe mainstream fashion friendly catwalk shows which I can only find uninspiring and a bit depressing. The real talent is being completely missed out of this Mall based Bristol Fashion Week, which is why I guess most of these Independent Bristol fashion labels including Fix Up Look Sharp, Kecks Clothing, Neat Frontage and Shop Dutty are inspired to create a bit of a DIY ethos and throw their own fashion shows and events, it is my hope that one day we can all get together and throw our own Bristol Anti Fashion week to celebrate Bristol Fashion the right way! Power to the people....and all that! Bristol Fashion Rocks!

A month ago I attended the Fix Up Look Sharp AW 2015 photoshoot and got a chance to style the new range up No Debutante style! I had the best time and met some great people alongside the lovely Ruth Strugnall, FULS designer and creator, whilst Ruth styled up the models for the AW range product shots for the website,  I got my make-up done by the lovely and talented Sabina and dressed up in my favourite FULS pieces, basically I played dress up and I was loving it! I also had the brilliant photographer Alistair Campbell capture the different looks for me. I think the photographs turned out pretty amazing! I am really happy with them! Thanks Alistair!

THE FULS AW 2015 range itself comprises of oversized sweatshirts, crop tops, maxi dresses and bomber jackets alongside the signature FULS tshirts with every garment as individual as the next, designed and upcycled by hand to create one off pieces from fabrics donated to CLIC Sargent and all proceeds made go towards the charity too! The range has everything I want for this AW
and I seriously need one of those oversized long sweatshirts!!
